The dealership was very willing to work with me considering I had a bankruptcy that was not quite 2 years old and I had a very old car. There was a little back and forth negotiating as there always is with vehicle purchases but I felt they were good at working with my demands. The finance manager was very helpful even though a little gruff around the edges. I did speak with a manager but his name escapes me. He was super friendly and easy to work with. There was only one little blip in the process about painting the bumper, however he dealer did decide to go ahead and have that painted for me and that will be completed this week.. I would and wil recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Overall they did a good job. The only downfall was that on the day of the sale the salesman seemed to be in a bad mood. I did inquire aout this but he assured me he was in a good moo so that helped a lot. Not knowig him I do not know his moods. He may have just had getting my paperwork together on his mind. He was very friendly and professional otherwise. More
Ed Berry is a very patient, friendly, and informative salesman, Mom previously drove a 2005 Jeep Liberty Sport and wanted something comparative to that vehicle. Ed recommended the Jeep Compass, which su salesman, Mom previously drove a 2005 Jeep Liberty Sport and wanted something comparative to that vehicle. Ed recommended the Jeep Compass, which suited mom well. She was allowed to test drive it before the sale and again when it came in for her to take home. He explained in great detail all the gadgets in the Jeep and even programmed a few radio stations for mom and linked up her cell phone to the car's bluetooth system. In addition, he was agreeable to decrease the invoice price to the UBS price, as we were members of a credit union and would've gone to Laurel, MD to purchase our UBS priced vehicle had Ed not been so agreeable. Since Glen Burnie is much closer and more convenient than Laurel, this saved mom considerable inconvenience and stress. In addition to decreasing to the UBS price, Ed also gave us the $2,000 dealer rebate. Can't beat that! More

My wife and I were greeted by Ron Channell within a few minutes of out arrival. I knew from prior after hours browsing which vehicle were interested in. Ron asked the usual questions as to price and what minutes of out arrival. I knew from prior after hours browsing which vehicle were interested in. Ron asked the usual questions as to price and what we were looking for in a Jeep. This was not to dissuade us but to make sure this would fit our needs and price range. He explained the modifications that had been added at the off Road Center and why they had been done. Everything was thorough. Once the pricing came about, all rebates and possible incentives were discussed. An appraisal was also arranged on the vehicle we were trading in. During this time, there was explanations of the Jeep Wrangler pricing structures and other models available in case this was not within our pricing. Ron also explained the Total Care plan that is offered. Fortunately, after all pricing was completed, it was well within our price range. there was never any time when we felt rushed or otherwise ignored. After the price was agreed upon, we met with Mr. Ralph Scott in finance. having been a customer at this particular dealership several times, we knew what was offered, which made the entire process go very quickly and smoothly. The side by side comparison of with and without other plans was very helpful. the GAP and Lifetime Warranty were explained. Ultimately, we decided on purchasing both as well as going through the in house financing. Ralph was very professional and most courteous throughout the entire process explaining each line of the financing contract. When it came time to take possession of the vehicle, Ron noticed apiece of the trim that was missing, something we had missed during the initial walk around before purchase. He annotated the We Owe memo and told us how to have it rectified at the Off Road Center. All in all, like the previous experiences with Tate Dodge / Jeep / Chrysler, we had an outstanding experience. More

When we ( my wife and I) arrived we were immediately greeted by Mr. David Giddens. We already had information on the vehicle (Jeep Liberty) we were interested in. Mr. Giddens showed us the vehicle and then a similar one in the same price range. He pointed out, explained and demonstrated all of both vehicle's features. We then took a test drive in the vehicle we preferred. The price was within our range, the vehicle had the features we were looking for and Mr. Giddens answered all of our questions. During the entire transaction, Mr. Giddens was extremely professional, polite, courteous and personable. We would highly recommend Mr. Giddens and Tate Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, RAM. More

I walk in dealer today really not thinking of buy a new vehicle but wanted to see what they had to offer. After I walked in I was greeted by a very charming young lady. Her name was Sarah Johnson, she treated me with respect and was not pushy at all. I explained to her that I wanted to see if they could get me into a jeep for what I wanted to pay. I explained that I was needed back at work and if she could run the information for me while I was at work. She keep me informed as to what she was doing through email. An hour later she called and informed me that she had good news and that I should come in. Went there after work and yes she had gotten all the information I was looking for. Long story short, Sarah Johnson got me my jeep I wanted and for the price I was looking for. I would tell anybody if you are looking for a non PUSHY and very understanding sale agent ask for SARAH JOHNSON. One last thing I wanted to add was I heard a couple of negative things about Tate and their service/reps being nasty or non helpful. I want to put that to rest by saying I had nothing but the best sale person along with the whole staff I dealt with today. Tate has treated me right for lot of years, and I want to say this is my THIRD JEEP I have bought from this dealer.
