Honestly, this was one of the most disorganized car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, we were very clear about exactly what we wanted; year, make, model, options, and colors. car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, we were very clear about exactly what we wanted; year, make, model, options, and colors. Yet they continued trying to show us vehicles that didn’t fit what we were looking for. The first vehicle they showed us that actually matched had huge dents in the hood that the salesman hadn’t even noticed. We eventually found another vehicle and spent hours negotiating, getting within a few hundred dollars of where we wanted to be before finally walking away. The next day, they called and said they would do the deal at our number, then immediately called back to say the vehicle had been sold. I ended up working the same deal on another vehicle they had in stock and put down a deposit. From there, I got the runaround for nearly two weeks trying to actually take delivery. When we finally arrived the morning of pickup, the vehicle still needed to be washed. We then spent hours doing paperwork. Financing was a mess: they entered incorrect information and ran multiple bank applications before realizing their mistake. They also tried to send us on our way without giving us a copy of the “We Owe” form. When we were done with paperwork the vehicle still wasn't done being washed. The only person throughout the process who I felt was a straight shooter and who I genuinely didn’t mind dealing with was Berger. After writing all of this out, I’m honestly not sure why I didn’t walk away from the deal entirely. Also sorry for giving Ani 3 stars. I did not work with her. More

Taverna dealership has poor staff communication, I came in and not one person greeted me I had to say Goodmorning to someone who just looked up at me and proceeded to work... MB, just made her sale no communication to see how's the vehicle running, me being a customer will go and tell several other people how great the service was but unfortunately it wasn't MB tried to make several excuses when I brought things to her attention, she also ended up blaming the finance lady for one of her mistakes instead of owning her mistake, the vehicle ended up shutting off on me on the road I had to get it towed, then have Taverna towed it to to the dealer to get it worked on ....
