As soon as I walked in I could feel a good vibe in the delealership. Glenn, the salesperson, was very attentive to my needs. Sales manager was very helpful with my purchase. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lady that did the financing on my new car purchase. On the day of the purchase, she could not print out the sales and finance agreement paperwork because her printer was not working. She told me that she would email me all the documents. ONE WEEK later, she had not emailed me the documents. Instead, I had to waste my time drive over to your dealership to get them. since she WAS NOT THERE that day I asked the sales manager to print them out for me, which he gladly did without hesitation. Why didn't this finance lady ask them to print them out for me on the first day. I received very poor follow up service from her. SHE IS NOT VERY RELIABLE. I believer her name was Nathalie Chery. She did not explain when the finance company would contact me. I purchased the car on 08/15/26 and I still do not know where to go to create an online account with Fifth Third Bank to make my first payment. More
