Of course all dealerships are out to make money that's only to be expected but I do believe being a local They will make the deal you want happen. Of course all dealerships are out to make money that's only to be expected but I do believe being a local dealership they really seem to treat you like someone that they will have to see again in the neighborhood. They really are interested in not just selling you a car this time, but in the continual relationship. They seem to view the deal they're giving you as chance to build your trust so hopefully future car buying will be with them as well. This is our third car with them since 2010...all new cars. To be honest the second car we purchased did give us grief and they knew that, they remembered that and they considered that when making our deal on our 3rd car. Our salesman was Patrick Jones. He was really great. No pressure, but really happy for us when we found the car we wanted and got the deal we wanted he seemed just as thrilled as we were. I recommend him he's very comfortable to deal with. The dealership itself is really a nice solid dealership the people do change there sometimes people leaving and new ones joining the team. But we really like the way the dealership itself is run regardless of the people that are currently there or not there. it just seems like the management has it all under control and they're consistent, we like that. We have to say that manager Aaron Hendershot was VERY determined to get us our deal...and he did. He knows his stuff. Returning to the same dealership over and over has its benefits and Taylor does reward that! More
