Great Customer Service! We went to Taylor to just look at a car, we were still at the "window shopping" stage of buying a car. Kevin Emling was the most helpful car sales person we have ever worked with! He answered all my questions without any pressure to purchase a car. We walked out that night with a brand new chrysler 200 and they gave us an exceptional deal with all the rebates that were allowed. I could not have been more pleased with our experience there. From the time we arrived to the time we left (after closing) it was within 2 1/2 hours.
