Friendly staff but getting the title was unsatisfacory John Yiakos was very nice and helpful. However the financial part was not too together. Had to make 2 trip to license branch because we didn't have the proper paperwork. After 2 hours at the license branch the second time going back and forth with faxes to your location we were able to get the plates. I was ready to return the Jeep. Never had so much hassle. Right now I don't think I would recommend your location. More

AMAZING SERVICE!! All I can say is WOW. I worked with Chad and he was absolutely incredible. He was the Saint of the dealerships which no person EVER says about a sales All I can say is WOW. When he spoke with me originally he had everything answered that I would even ask. If I asked him to check on anything he would and call me back instantly. Chad worked on his day off just to keep me satisfied and happy. When I showed up at the location he was pleasant and the customer he was helping just gushed at how it was their 4th car bought from him and they are an hour away and would only go to him ever again and I was lucky to have him. They couldn't be more right! He was patient, all smiles, dedicated to his job and did absolutely everything quickly and efficiently. He is incredible he literally worked miracles to help me out in one of the most stressful moments. There aren't even words to justify how perfect he was. I won't go anywhere ever again for my car needs. I will drive the hour and a half to get there bc that is how beyond happy I was with him. More
