When he spoke with me originally he had everything answered that I would even ask. If I asked him to check on anything he would and call me back instantly. Chad worked on his day off just to keep me satisfied and happy. When I showed up at the location he was pleasant and the customer he was helping just gushed at how it was their 4th car bought from him and they are an hour away and would only go to him ever again and I was lucky to have him. They couldn't be more right! He was patient, all smiles, dedicated to his job and did absolutely everything quickly and efficiently. He is incredible he literally worked miracles to help me out in one of the most stressful moments. There aren't even words to justify how perfect he was. I won't go anywhere ever again for my car needs. I will drive the hour and a half to get there bc that is how beyond happy I was with him. More

Awesome service I found out i had an oil leak in my challenger i got from them back in 2013. I bought it new back then and when i brought it in i explained to them wh I found out i had an oil leak in my challenger i got from them back in 2013. I bought it new back then and when i brought it in i explained to them what was wrong and they told me to bring it around back so i did so. They found out it was an oil cooling temp sensor. They tore my intake manifold off and put it all back together in less than 2 hours. Yes it was done on a saterday, one of the more busy days of the week there. I was really happy and as i am always pleased with their service dept. I'm always in and out fast. All the parts they use are genuine oem mopar parts. The techs there know whats going on too, better than takeing your vehicle to a shotty oil lube place and have them service your car and then something messes up and they blame you for it or the typical "it was like that when you brought it to us". Overall great sales and great service. More
