I stopped by the dealership on a whim with the intentions of just test driving a few Jeeps on the lot, but John Yiakos was so attentive, honest and truly dedicated to getting me the very best deal, that I ended up buying a Jeep Cherokee from him that day. Along with John, everybody else that worked with me that day set an example of what perfect customer service is (or should be) when buying a car. The horror stories and stereotypes of pushy cars salesmen are the exact opposite of what you will experience at Taylor.
