So when Mom was ready to make another purchase in 2014, she returned to Taylor, where she met salesman Ray Marko. She was impressed with the follow thru of him and the various departments of the dealership. So when I decided to trade she recommended Ray and the team at Taylor. The process was seamless. Ray was often juggling multiple customers, but he kept everything on task and got the job done, with the help of John and his assistant Luke. Ray invited me back a couple days later so he could spend more time explaining the intricacies of the Jeep that I purchased. I went back at 8:30 a couple nights later (due to my schedule) and him & Luke went thru everything. Both were super knowledgeable. Thank you to Ray, John & Luke for your help. You were all amazing.
