Left frustrated Went to the dealer to look at a new vehicle they had listed on the Internet, meet with our sales person who was friendly. My wife and I were not sure Went to the dealer to look at a new vehicle they had listed on the Internet, meet with our sales person who was friendly. My wife and I were not sure on a vehicle and wanted to see a few different ones. After looking at a few different ones we looked at the jeep that we came to look at, the price was more than listed in the Internet. Sales person told us it was due to upgrades the dealer did and the website must not have been updated. We test drove another vehicle and narrowed it down to two vehicles, my wife and I wanted side by side numbers of both vehicles in which the dealer was hesitant to provide. Then after receiving the numbers on one of the vehicles they barely adjusted the price. I believe they came down around 750.00 dollars. After we told them that would not work they kept extending the term of the loan instead of working on the price. We pointed out to them that other dealers had the same vehicle priced lower on line and were told that those prices were just to get you to there dealerships and they would not be that low. We were unsure if the vehicle we were dealing on was the vehicle that we wanted for sure so we decided to leave and shop around. The next day we purchased the same Jeep we looked at with more upgrades for just shy of 5000.00 less without any negotiating. Overall the service was not horrible but they were unable to provide the vehicle we wanted for the lowest price. More
