Great experience at Taylor Dodge I came into Taylor Dodge like every other dealership ive ever been to and quickly realized how different it was. The salesman I got was John Craw I came into Taylor Dodge like every other dealership ive ever been to and quickly realized how different it was. The salesman I got was John Crawford and he worked his hardest to get me in a car even tho at times it looked like it wouldnt happen. I have been to multiple dealers in the past and never been treated like I was at Taylor Dodge its like your family and there to help in every way they can. I just bought a 2009 Dodge Avenger and the taillights wasnst working do to the TIMP failing brought it back to Taylor Dodge and there taking care of it for me thanks again to my salesmen John Crawford Anybody looking for a car, truck, or SUV should head down to Taylor Dodge for a overall great experience instead of a big headache. I myself have took multiple of friends and family up to Taylor Dodge and all have had John Crawford as there salesman and they all loved the time and effort he puts into his customers as well as I did. Great car buying experience This was our 1st time buying at Taylor and thanks to Kevin it was a great experience....he was wonderful!! It was extremely cold out and Kevin had us sit in the showroom and he found a couple cars that matched what we were looking for and had them brought into the back so we could take our time looking at them and not be freezing outside.....he was very knowledgeable and wasn't the "stereotypical" pushy car salesman that would send us running out the door!!! He was patient, understanding and went above and beyond to work with us......it was after closing by the time we were finished with the paper work but we NEVER felt rushed and he was very thorough when we took possession of the car......he set up both mine & husband's phones with the uconnect and made sure that we were comfortable with how things worked before we drove off. I would definitely send someone to buy a car from Kevin and if/when we are in the need of another new car Kevin is who we will see!!! We did our paper work with Jamie and he was efficient and went over everything and got us out as quickly as possible....Over all we couldn't have had a better buying experience!!! Jim Adams helped with gathering some of our information and was very friendly and very helpful.....Ed ( friend of our daughter) sent us to Kevin and he couldn't have made a better choice for someone for us to work with.....5* all the way!!!
