The next day, we visited again this time wanting to test drive, and unfortunately, Aaron was off that day but Chad and Brian pinch-hit for him. To sum up a long story, they worked very hard to earn our business. In the end, that's one of the reasons that we chose our Chrysler 300 from Taylor. There were some after-the-purchase service issues of which Aaron wasn't made aware until we emailed him. At which time, he immediately contacted the gentleman with whom we had contact in the service department and called us directly to get things straight. He gave us his cell number and said to call him anytime if he could help with matters. Service issues were settled on the second visit with apologies and EXTRA special attention on the second time as well. Mistakes happen. Apologizing and wronging the rights go a long way with us. That was done by the service department guy so it's a settled matter. Bob Penley even stepped in to help, too. More
