Great Experience! I have always viewed car shopping as a major chore. I didn't relish the thought of doing it again. He called and we set up a time when Laura and I could come and look at a vehicle that I had seen on the website. When we arrived that evening we were warmly greeted by Ray. He had the van ready to test drive, so we did. During the course of the 20 minute drive we realized this vehicle would meet our needs exactly. We discussed with Ray why we needed to purchase a van, exactly what and the terms we could afford. He made no promises, but asked if we could wait while he tried to meet our requests.
