The one recommendation I have for, Taylor, and all dealerships, would be to stop the "hard sell" of extended warranties by the finance managers. Fear mongering is distasteful and off putting. I was searching for a good car for my daughter, yet something she could afford to pay for, since this was going to be her first car payment. They both had pleasant smiles on their faces, which made them very approachable. Hercules was very great to work with! He never pressured me or got frustrated with me because I wanted to keep dealing. He stressed how great Taylor was with two years of being the best dealership because you all treat your customers with respect, and he was so right! I received the greatest respect from him and every other salesmen in the building. I didn't get a chance to meet the manager, and I would like to extend a great thank you to him for allowing my daughter to establish credit for herself.In addition, I cannot leave out Quincey, the mechanic who serviced the car we purchased. He was kind, friendly, and thorough in his explanation of my question about the car. He also explained what he did and replaced, which I really appreciated.I also appreciated the freedom of being able to accompany the sales person to see the car after it was being detailed because my daughter had not seen the car I chose for her. She was elated! Now it is my turn to purchase a new car for myself, and I cannot see going anywhere else except to Taylor. In the end, they had to go clear up to Wisconsin to get the EXACT Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited my wife wanted and gave us an overall great deal (new vehicle price & amount allowed for our trade-in). When we got to the dealership today to actually do the deal, the car was literally sitting inside in the showroom where we could look it over from stem to stern & top to bottom. Tim had gone through the electronics the night before and had most of the new stuff set up for us or ready to input our information or preferences. Jamie, in finance worked hard to see that everything was right financially and even helped find better financing than was expected. Before retiring, I worked "on the road" for nearly 40 years, so have gone through the process of getting a new car pretty often and this was truly an exemplary demonstration of how the people at a car dealership should treat customers and seems to be an exceptionally well-run operation.
