John worked very hard to get us the Jeep Grand Cherokee with all the options and color we wanted. He had to work super hard to get the price to the amount that we were willing to pay. Then Big John Crawfor with all the options and color we wanted. He had to work super hard to get the price to the amount that we were willing to pay. Then Big John Crawford and Tim Slattery stayed at the dealership until 10:00 PM to finish all the paperwork and get us the warranty package and protection package for our new Jeep. Then to top it all off we couldn't figure out how to change the brightness on the navigation screen so we called big John on our way home and he had us drive to his home just to help us figure it out so I would say Big John Crawford is willing to go above and beyond to help his customers I can't say enough how much we appreciate it.
