My experience was the most satisfying one I have had at a dealership. I was shown several vehicles all which I was able to test drive and consider without feeling pressured. Ray Marko is a great salesman! The lot was very busy that day. I asked for Ray. He quickly came over and asked me to please be patient and wait since he was with another customer. As soon as he was finished day. I asked for Ray. He quickly came over and asked me to please be patient and wait since he was with another customer. As soon as he was finished he came over to me and helped me with my new car needs. He got me a good price for my trade in and showed me the cars that I would be interested in. NO trying to upsell or salesman BS. I bought my last car from him, this car from him, and I will buy my next car from him. Jamie Sykes was also very helpful in finance. My husband and I went in looking to trade in our '04 Corolla. But, we decided to do it on one of the coldest days in our area in at least 20 years (temps were -15 with wind chill into the -40s). It was something we had to do in order to make it through the rest of the winter. When we first got there, we thought they were closed and started to head back out to the car when Chad came out and informed us they were open and we told him we were serious about a used car we had seen online. Chad went out in the frigid temps, found the vehicle and got it dug out and into the garage for it to warm up. After a quick test drive, Chad took us in to talk numbers. After doing a quick inspection of our trade in vehicle, they offered us more for our trade in than what we thought. We told Chad what our highest payment amount could be and he went and talked with Bryan in Finance. He said that what we wanted shouldn't be a problem. Chad went in and started running numbers with Jayme and they got us an awesome deal that included the extended warranty, GAP insurance, and oil change plan. They also offered to fill up the gas tank since we bared the weather and came out. Jayme made the process quick and painless. When we were done with the paperwork and headed out to take our car home, Chad informed us, that because of frigid temps, they noticed a problem with the thermostat on the car and wanted to take a look at it but, that couldn't be done until the next morning since the service department was not open. Since they were doing that, they sent us home with a "loaner" car. That was unexpected, but they handled the situation very well. All of the staff was very friendly and we were greatly appreciative of everything they did for us, especially with the weather situation. Definitely would recommend them to others. More
