We were in the market for a new car; we went to the Ford dealership and was offered 0% financing. However the car we drove was a small SUV; which we liked; came with many bells and whistles. But it was not comfortable, literally. We then went to Taylor; we asked for a previous sales man who had worked there and we and bought from before; he no longer worked there. Fate gave us Brian Burghorn; we explained from the get go what we wanted up front. We had to have a certain amount for our trade; made it very clear we already had financing at our local bank; if he could not match what Ford had we would thank him for his time and leave. Brian not only rose to challenge; but went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. Long story short, we test drove a few SUV's and settled on a 2014 Jeep Compass: Taylor got the exact financing we said we must have; we drove home; satisfied customer.
