Ray Marko did over and beyond his job. He waited very patiently for me to make my decision due to me deciding exactly what vehicle I was wanting. He searched for the right vehicle for me and listened to patiently for me to make my decision due to me deciding exactly what vehicle I was wanting. After finally making my decision and closing on the vehicle, he went through showing me all the options on the vehicle and making sure I had all my questions answered. Choosing the correct vehicle for me was so easy. I explained to Chad what I wanted my vehicle to do - hold two baby seats for little grandkids, roomy enough for two older grandkids over 6' tall, haul explained to Chad what I wanted my vehicle to do - hold two baby seats for little grandkids, roomy enough for two older grandkids over 6' tall, haul hay, critter feed, pull trailer, roomy enough for me to camp inside the back seat, get the best gas milage available for a truck. Wanted nothing fancy. Just the basics. Chad had the exact truck for me. Within minutes, he had it pulled around front and we were sittiing in it. I loved it from the beginning. Driving it was a breeze eventho I had been driving a small honda prior to this truck. I loved it. The negotiations were great. Financial man Paul was so nice and helpful also. Made the transactions sinple and painless. Chad has been great with followup and answering questions that come up about how the truck operates. I have recommended the dealership often. Neighbors went to another dealership and got a jeep but very disapointed with service and they know they arent gonna get the follow up care that I have been getting. I will continue to recommend this dealership and Chad!! More

I was satisfied with my experience with Taylor Dodge & Chysler. I was very pleased with the COMMITTMENT that Randy Ayers made with trying to make a deal on my first visit. In my opinion he understood & Chysler. I was very pleased with the COMMITTMENT that Randy Ayers made with trying to make a deal on my first visit. In my opinion he understood my situation, and was sincere in trying to make a deal that benefited both me and the dealership. He was not overwhelming, but very professional. When I returned on later date Randy was off, and I dealt with Tim Slattery, and Jamie Sykes. Both were very professional, but the only thing I did not like was the payment that was quoted to me before the actual deal was made. I received a response as to why, but in today's economy a dollar here and a dollar there soon adds up. When asked what pymt I was looking for I responded, and I then signed preliminary paperwork that dictated that amount. What bothers me is the orginal pymt amount changed when I actually signed the official loan agreement. Again why I state this is because when you start adding the loan plus maintenance agreement those figures changed, and I left the dealship with a considerable higher pymt than I expected. Granted I am an adult and I make my own decisions, and by no means no one forced my hand to make the deal. But as a consumer, I should have done my homework on all the added costs that accompany purchasing a vehicle. I guess in my opinion what I would do as saleman would make aware to customers that they maybe looking for a particular pymt, but when they sign that preliminary sheet its not set in stone. Also I would make aware of the various maintenance agreements that one may choose to fit his or her needs that will change his or her pymt amount as well. Granted the amount was only $10.00 difference from the preliminary pymt amount, but when you add the extra maintenance agreement it did raise my expected monthly pymt amount. Lastly, I feel Jamie was forthcoming when he did state that he gave me the best % available due to my credit rating, and the discounts available to him on my extended maintenance agreeement. I am a Christian and also old school and when I say forthcoming - I mean he looked me in my eyes when we spoke about the following. Which as stated and being from the south is a sign to me a man is being truthful when he can look me in the eyes when making a deal. But not to keep going- I do have to say that; as stated earlier a dollar here and a dollar here does add up no matter the economic era. More
