Randomly stopped by Taylor while in the area looking at another vehicle. Walked the lot with Ray Marko. He is a great guy and extremely friendly and helpful. Kevin was amazing! He made us feel at home and at ease immediately. He knew we had a tight budget and wanted to help us find what suited our needs as a family. He even let us take a vehicle home for the weekend so we could decide if it was good fit for us. That helped us see all the good and negative things in the vehicle. Our 2 yr old was with us during the whole choosing and eventual signing. He was polite to her and didn't seem bothered that a child was there. The Taylor dealership in Bourbonnais is very kid friendly because it has a waiting area in the back with kid toys and a Wii for older children. We could let our child play in the back and still see her up from the front and then sometimes she wander back to us. All the while not bothering anyone. That helped make the signing /negotiating process a smooth success. When it came to signing and choosing a warranty package that suited our financial needs Bryan was right there helping us out. At first the rate was too high for us - but then Bryan was able to work his magic and got us rate that saved us more than $20 a month! That was amazing! We couldn't be more satisfied!
