Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We bought a car from Ed at Taylor 2 weeks ago. From start to finish everyone showed care and concern. We bought a 2002 grand Cherokee and love it. The our worst nightmare happened. We picked up our camper (which was the reason we bought a new car in the first place) and set out for the weekend with friends. 45 miles out of town our car broke down. On the side if the road with 3 kids and 4 adults hot and sweating, my wife said call the dealer. I told her no they wouldn't do anything as it was a used car. So her being mad hot and annoyed, she called them while we tried to put a bandaid on it to get us off the interstate. As we were limping along to get off, Jim Croswell called and said he would come and tow us in and send us out a loaner to pull the camper so we could enjoy the rest of our weekend. I'm here to tell you, this dealership is here to stay in my family. I have bought many cars in my life for the relationship to end when they got the money. Not at Taylor. They went far and above what I expected and to be truthful far and above of their obligation. Thank you Jim Croswell and Jim in service and let's not forget our salesperson Ed. I can only say good things about my experience at Taylor Dodge. I have bought two used cars in the past from different dealerships, where both times I felt attacked as soon as I got out of the car, pressure Dodge. My experience with Taylor Chrysler Dodge was FAR from that. I emailed an inquiry about a Dodge Dart one night. I wasn't set on buying a car just yet, just shopping around. Tim Slattery emailed me right away and communication with him was great until the next day, when I could make it down to Bourbonnais, with my dad to look at the car. Tim was very helpful and patient throughout the whole entire buying experience, and even after. He genuinely seems to care, and said he is available to help with any questions or concerns I might have, whenever. With other dealerships, it seems like they just want to make a sale and then they are done with you. This is not the case with Tim. Jamie in the Finance Department was also very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my whole experience with Taylor Dodge, the employees my Dad and I came in contact with throughout the buying process, and can only speak highly and recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.
