I first met Ray Marko in the mid 1990's selling cars at another dealer. Since then Ray has sold me and my family numerous cars and trucks at Taylor Dodge. Last week my son totaled my jeep,so we went lookin another dealer. Since then Ray has sold me and my family numerous cars and trucks at Taylor Dodge. Last week my son totaled my jeep,so we went looking for cars. After some shopping we went back to Taylor Dodge and looked up Ray. For the life of me I don't know why I didn't start here. My son drove a Chevy ,he liked the car. I drove it and found some minor problems,I told Ray about them, he said to look at some others. We looked and drove others,but my son was sold on the little chevrolet. Ray and Taylor dodge fixed the problems and we came back 2 days later when we had to return the rental car,and picked up the Chevy my son liked. Taylor Dodge,Ray Marko,the service dept. and office staff including the receptionist were very pleasant,courtious and professional, and had the car ready(including ordering and installing parts) taking care of all paperwork and within our budget in 2 days. Dave Taylor himself greeted us and talked to us while his staff was busy helping us. Will I return to Taylor Dodge & Ray Marko again? You bet I WILL. More
