Ray, the dealer who helped me find the car that was right for me and my family, was very knowledgeable about the various makes and models of cars sold on the lot. More than that he listened carefully to what I needed out of a car, showed me lots of options, and went out of his way to make sure if there wasn't something on the lot that fit my needs he would search for one somewhere else that did. When it came to the sale, he wasn't pushy and didn't make me feel like I was rushed into making the purchase. After comparing the price I received at this dealership and comparing it to a price I received at another, it was an easy decision to decide where I should purchase my car. From the friendly service to the good prices and extra incentives (such as free car washes), I'm glad and happy I went to Taylor. On our first visit to Taylor Chrystler Dodge we were greeted imediatley by Kevin Emling. We explained that we were looking for a used Jeep Wrangler - He showed us many options that were on the lot but greeted imediatley by Kevin Emling. Without being the least bit pushy, Kevin suggested that we drive one of the newer Wranglers - with that test drive and with Kevins knowledge and friendliness, we were sold. We bought the new Wrangler and have been very happy with it. When we return for any follow up service, Ryan Voight,the service manager has been nothing but helpful and accomodating to all of our needs. We had such a good experience, we returned 4 months later to purchase our second vehicle from Taylor with the same great custumer service and friendliness.
