The 45-min. trip from home to Taylor Ford was well worthwhile. My car-buying experience featured both fairness and flexibility. Altho working primarily with 1 sales consultant and 1 finance manager, interactions with other staff were friendly and helpful. Stay with me, however, for the rest of the story. The day after purchase, my wife and I returned to drop-off the title to our trade-in (reasonably appraised, I might add). In the pouring rain on the way down, we got a flat tire on I-57, then limped ahead to Taylor in Manteno. We were greeted by compassion and generosity regarding our situation above-and-beyond the call of duty. Thanks everyone! More
