Called about getting a recall done on my truck they got me in the next day. The paper said it could take up to four hours. They had it done in one hour very courteous when I talk to him in the shop. More

I took my F-150 in to Taylor Ford not really knowing what the problem was, and if it would be covered by my extended warranty. Ford's 800 line lead me to believe it would not be. This would have been a $2,10 More
