I don't write reviews very often, but I felt like this one was deserved. I stopped out at Croswell Ford during their tent sale and ended up buying one of the $250 special cars. I honestly didn't know what one was deserved. I stopped out at Croswell Ford during their tent sale and ended up buying one of the $250 special cars. I honestly didn't know what to expect, but the experience from start to finish was great. David Alvarez was the one who helped me, and he was awesome to work with. He was easy to talk to, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel pressured into anything. That's hard to find these days. He treated me with the same respect and attention that I imagine he gives someone buying a brand new vehicle, even though I was there for a $250 car. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and made the whole process simple. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but they made it easy and actually enjoyable. It felt like they genuinely appreciated my business instead of just trying to make a sale. Since buying the car, I've had a lot of people ask where I got it after seeing the video I made, and I've had no problem telling them Croswell Ford. If you're looking for a dealership that treats people right and has employees who actually care about their customers, I'd definitely recommend stopping in and asking for David Alvarez.
