I was pleased with our buying experience at Taylor’s as well as with their team. I knew what I was looking for going into the dealership. Once I found the car it was nice to not feel pressured into buying, well as with their team. I knew what I was looking for going into the dealership. Once I found the car it was nice to not feel pressured into buying, or being told about cars I wasn’t interested in. The finance team was able to get us where we wanted to be to feel comfortable. JAY made my purchase quick and EASY! I found a couple of cars on the dealership website and called Jay. He answered all my questions professionally so I drove 145 miles to the Taylor's A I found a couple of cars on the dealership website and called Jay. He answered all my questions professionally so I drove 145 miles to the Taylor's Auto Max. It was well worth the drive and with Jay's help, purchased a new Nissan Altima. Jay was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the features and electronics of the car. I was at the dealership less than 2 hours and found it to be a very pleasant experience. Because of Jay and the competent people I recommend Taylor's Auto Max with out hesitation! More
