I found a car that I really wanted and I got it! I dont have the best credit & they were able to finance me :) Everyone was so friendly and didn't pressure me into buying something I did not want. So happy I was able to get the car I wanted & the payments were cheaper then I was quoted. If you do have good credit I highly recommend going in! They will work with you and find something that you will be happy with :) Thank You Cathie for all of your help & making sure I got the car I wanted!

I actually came into Taylor's Automax Nissan Volkswagon to work for them for the grand opening of their new Nissan Volkswagon dealership. I've worked and endorsed their vehicles publicaly for years but never found an need to buy another vehicle and honestly now I didn't either. But the moment I saw the 2007 Toyota Tacoma Kurt pulled up, I knew I wanted it. Not sure I could make it work, I decided to try anyway. Kurt and the phenominal staff at Taylor's were, as always courteous, attentive and genuinely wanted to ensure I was satisfied with everything about my decision. 2 hours from test drive to signing. I've said it for 16 years and I'll say it again... If you want professional, courteous, service AND affordable prices with someone who truly cares about you being satisfied with the deal you make... I bought my 2012 Chevy Captiva three weeks ago. I went to go to work the other morning and my car wouldn't start. I was not very happy with this since I had the car for less than a amonth. I wasn't sure what to do, and my husband wasn't either. I called the Service Dept at Taylor's and told the gal what the issue was, and she promptly connected me to Ron, my salesperson. I wasn't sure what to expect, since, in my eyes, Ron was out of the picture at this point, in my opinion. This wasn't about the sales, it was about my car needing service. However, Ron got on the phone and promptly made arrangements to personally come see me and my car at my house. He knew I couldn't drive it, so he brought a battery jumper and cables with him to my house while I was on lunch. He took my car to the service department, where they had to replace some bad cables connected to the battery. He then drove my car back to work for me, so I did not have to come to the dealership and waste any of my own time. This has seriously exceeded my expectations. I was so happy that Ron took the initiative and got my car to and from the dealership, fixed, all within a matter of a few hours. I am so thankful for him to have taken the time to do this for me. He told me it was no problem, was very gracious, and said that it weighs on him personally when a car he sells has issues. I had a previous experience when I first bought the car that made me unhappy with this dealership, not Ron AT ALL, but the dealership itself. And now this second experience has restored by faith in the dealership. I will definitely be buying more cars from Ron in the future.

I could not be more please with my first service appointment with the crew at Taylor AutoMax. I called Jay and he listened to my concerns and questions, he spoke with the service team and called me back within 15 minutes of my call to him. He had anwers to my questions and we got my car scheduled with the service team. The service team, and Connie in particular, went above and beyound, as did Jay, in taking care of my concerns and checking my car out. I am confident in knowing they didn't hurry thru the inspection and that my car got a thorough check up. I felt as though I was appreciated as a customer and that my return business was important. The entire experience was very favorable and een pleasant. Thank you Jay, Connie and service team. See you for the next service!

We bought a Dodge 3500 diesel in January of 2012 through Taylor’s Auto Max and were happy with the price we received, as well as the salesman that helped us, Jay Schabarker. He went out of his way to make us feel at ease and comfortable since buying a car can be stressful. In our past experiences, car buying has been a negative experience but Jay made this experience very enjoyable, extremely fast, and incredibly easy. There wasn't much need to haggle for a price. We made an offer, they countered, and then we cut through all the usual BS by everyone meeting in the middle. We ran into some problems with the truck after buying it that we thought they should help us with... and they did because Jay talked with the owners on our be-half (we didn't even know he did this until we received a call with the good news). We had heard previously that Taylor's was a good place to buy a car and that we should talk to Jay if we went there. We are VERY glad we listened to our friends' advice. Taylor's and even more so, Jay's, reputation for being a very fair, professional, friendly, and caring dealer/salesman are true and were definitely confirmed after dealing with them.
