We were deciding between a Honda Accord and the VW Passat and I've got to admit that it was a close call. To be honest, our decision came down to the caring attitude of Ron Cooper. He made the process easy and didn't try to "sell" us on a vehicle, but instead showed us our options openly. He even went out and bought us a snack because we were absolutely starving while we completed our purchase paperwork. The rest of the crew was kind, friendly and went above and beyond to make this a positive experience. I have nothing but great things to say about them. More

If I could give Cody more than 5 stars I would. I clicked on the send me more information tab on the website and gave a brief description of what I was looking for and had an email back from Cody wi I clicked on the send me more information tab on the website and gave a brief description of what I was looking for and had an email back from Cody with in a few minutes with links to all the trucks that fit what I wanted. I'm from out of town so I exchanged over 30 emails with Cody working out the details of a truck I wanted. I was even able to get a rough estimate of my trade in after sending in a few pictures. I put a deposit down and planned a trip for the weekend. I told him when I'd be to town and he had the truck pulled up front and warmed up. The buying process was easy and hassle free and price was excellent. My wife had bought a vehicle from Taylor's almost a decade ago and even though there was no official referral bonus Cody filled the gas tank as a thank you for coming back. Working with John on financing was equally easy and I got a great rate and payments I wanted. I'll easily recommend Cody to everyone and gladly make the 3 hour drive to Great Falls next time I or my family need a vehicle. More
No Harrasment I origininally went into the dealership, just to get my wife's Nissan Pathfinder serviced. But while I was waiting, I decided to look through the used truck inventory. Usually when I look around the lots of other dealerships, the salesmen ambush you and want all of your personal information so they can call and Harras you. Jay Shabarga just walked up, said hi, handed me a card and said if I can show or help you in any way just let me know and he walked away and left me to look. Later that evening my son came back with me to look at trucks and Jay went with us on the test drive. No pressure. The following day I left on a planned vacation for a week, where I had looked at trucks on several lots in three states. When we came back I brought my wife in to see the one I had my eye on. Still no pressure. The following day, I came in, presented an offer, and a deal was struck! Then Dave Inman helped me get a better financing through my own credit union and I drove away with the truck. My experience was so much more comfortable because of the no arm twisting salesmanship Jay exhibited. Love the truck! More

He showed us some Ford trucks that were really nice but then he said that he had some Chevrolet's that we should look at. We looked at a few Chevy's and found this one that was black (which I love the color) and had everything that I wanted. We told him that we had a 2001 Ford PU to trade in on the newer one and he got us a good price for both. We love our PU and will use it alot in the near future. More
