The first experience was so great, we made sure to go back and check out their inventory again! This time we had the pleasure of working with Chad Taylor. We had stopped by just to look on Sunday, and were surprised to see they were actually open due to a sale. Chad came right out to meet us, and when we asked to test drive, he offered to get the vehicle ready and warmed up while we went inside to wait since it was so cold! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He looked up the car's history for us so we knew all the details about the car without any surprises. . While we waited for everything to be processed, he took the time to sit with us, talk, and get to know us. He could have easily talked with other employees or could have had no interest with us but making the sale. He made the whole process very easy and pleasant. We also had the pleasure of working with Dave Inman in finance again. Once we entered his office, he remembered who we were right away, which was so nice! He addressed all of our questions and concerns financially and made us feel very comfortable with everything. He really is fantastic.
