Purchase new vechile Customer service was excellent and the salesman catered to all my questions and we looked at all the different vehicles I was interested in. Narrowed it down, he didn't pressure me into a more expensive vehicle but I got the kind I wanted, a basic vehicle with no bells and whistles. It did take a long time to process the paperwork due to officer being out but the employees were very gracious and concerned about the length of time. He physically double checked a few things to make sure I had an accurate picture. This was very helpful as I live in Boise and I knew that this pickup would not last long. Found a Jeep that I wanted on Cars.com at a dealership called Taylors Automax located in Great Falls Montana . When I called in for the jeep. I talk to salesman Mr Jay Schabarker to tell him I was interested in the vehicle. He talked me through the process over the phone. I asked him if there was any accidents, dents,and scratches in the vehicle he told me the truth and also went a step further by doing a video review so I can see the condition and the inns and outs of the jeep. I was totally satisfied with the video that he made for me. So I told him let's do the deal. He also took some money off of the Jeep which made it a reasonable price.
