We told him what we were looking for, the reasons why, and the amount of time we had. This was our first time meeting Bob and we were extremely comfortable with him from the start. Bob listened and worked hard to get us exactly what we said we wanted. Our search took a few weeks as Bob was very diligent about keeping us within our budget while meeting our wants and needs. We were impressed with Bob's dedication to his job, keeping us informed, and his availability to us before and after the sale. Bob is genius at using today's technology to meet customer needs. He was available via cell phone, work phone, and text. Bob even went out of his way to make a virtual test drive of a vehicle he knew would be perfect for us and send the video link to my cell phone. In the video Bob highlighted all the features of the vehicle and how they would best suit our growing family - even right down to how easy it would be to get the car seat in and out of the bucket seats in the back.
