Integrity I worked with Mook and Bob who are both very informed about their inventory and eager to answer any questions. The price was fair and the paperwork was filled out. Then we hit a snag. The car did not have the all wheel drive I was told it had. This was not an underhanded, sleezy salesperson mistake but an honest misunderstanding. They did agree they had given me wrong information and made every attempt to make the situation right. We were able to close the deal. They were patient with me and stayed past 7pm on two days to help me. Good job guys! More
