My First Vehicle Purchase! I bought my very first vehicle back in February of 2015. I did a little bit of shopping at a couple of different dealerships, but Princeton or "Mook" I bought my very first vehicle back in February of 2015. I did a little bit of shopping at a couple of different dealerships, but Princeton or "Mook" at Taylor's Auto Max was the most helpful person during my state of total confusion. Mook took the time to really listen to what I needed in a vehicle, and he showed me a few options. Then he took the time to share his thoughts about which vehicle was right for me. Quick We had very limited time to select the vehicle and process the loan/transfer. Ron listened closely to what we were looking for an quickly pointed us the the Dodge Ram 1500 that perfectly met our needs. No time wasted on trying to "up-sell" what we weren't interested in. He then ensured we were quickly processed through to the end of sale so I could make my next appointment. I like the fact that I got no "hard sell" and had a salesman actually get us what we wanted, not what they wanted us to buy. More

Impressed Our salesman and everyone in the building was very welcoming and friendly when we arrived to look at vehicles. We were able to work out a deal on the vehicle after my husband and I were done working for the day which did result in finalizing everything after hours however both the salesman and finance officer never showed any signs of frustration for having to stay later. After the paperwork was signed and we were leaving with our vehicle it was discovered there was only one key and we discovered within 2 days of owning the vehicle about 3 chips in the windshield that we didn't see before. After a few phone calls we were able to negotiate the cost of a new key and fab and they replaced the windshield for free. Having these two issues resolved was very important to us and we appreciated the salesman and sales managers stepping up and taking the extra steps to ensure our happiness. My husband will be making a vehicle purchase in the next year and thanks to the service we received at Taylor's we will definitely be back. More
