Taylor Auto Max's Bob Anderson Bob was very helpful with our purchase. We really weren't looking at an immediate purchase, however, Bob made it happen with the criteria given. We purchased the vehicle prior to it being checked out/cleaned. After the purchase the "Detail Shop" was supposed to "detail" the vehicle, however, the detail was very poor. The detail shop had an entire day to perform this task and honestly it looked like maybe an hour's work was put into the job. Bob made it right, however, we were without our vehicle for another day. Even with the rework, I would expect a better job than what was done. They even forgot to put valve stem caps on all the tires which I had to later obtain. Through no fault of Bob, I feel that with the quick manner in which we purchased the vehicle, we were overlooked because the vehicle was already purchased and was no longer part of Taylor's inventory. More

An Excellent Buying Experience This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle, be it a car, truck, motorcycle, snowmobile, etc. The salesman, Jay Schabarker, This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle, be it a car, truck, motorcycle, snowmobile, etc. The salesman, Jay Schabarker, was very friendly and courteous to us, and was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle, even though it was a new product line to the dealership. He went out of his way to explain the electronic aspects of the car, and helped us learn what we needed to know to safely drive it home, spending much more time with us than any other sales person has in our years of experience purchasing various vehicles. The Sales Manager introduced himself while we waited for the paperwork to be completed, and we had a nice conversation. The very competent Finance Manager had all the documents ready in just a few minutes, and we went through the signing process in no time at all. Jay even had the automobile washed a second time to make sure it was 100% clean and ready for us when we left the dealership. All told, a buying experience that was one of a kind!!
