Initial experience not good but James changed that quickly First let me say I swore to never buy a car from Taylor's my first experience was me walking on the lot not realizing the car I wanted to see was on t First let me say I swore to never buy a car from Taylor's my first experience was me walking on the lot not realizing the car I wanted to see was on the competitors lot. The salesman yelled at me said I couldn't park on their lot and walk to the other lot. I was embarrassed then angry I meant no harm so I left and bought my car from an independent owner. This time in my quest for a car I stayed away from Taylor's went to a competitors and again wandered into acr which I came to find out was Taylor's lucky only after James and I were on a test drive. James wasn't pushy he knew I was just testing the waters. I decided to let them check out my truck for trade the next day realizing what I needed was out of the question. 4 hours later they were able to work a deal. Totally amazing and the 5 other employees that i encountered were great probably realizing I was a little high maintance. Lol. Long story short great experience thanks to James More
