Called Tom to discuss the SUV, then went This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Taylor's Auto Max, and it was even better this time. Called Tom to discuss the SUV, then went to see it. When I arrived I found out Tom had moved into management but that Kip was going to be helping us. Kip listened to what we wanted and didn't pressure us at all. When it came time for negotiations, I just told Kip to do the best that they could offer, and what a great deal it was!! We were in the building less that a couple hours (with financing also) and we were driving a new SUV. I highly recommend this dealer!! More

We asked that the oil be changed, a free oil change was part of the sale, and they forgot - dah! no one wrote anything down!!! we experienced the need for warranty work in the first three weeks of ownership AND 10 days later the same problem, water on the inside of the car, but in a new location has occurred... There is no service after the sale More

Ron was helping other customers but asked Jacqui Millam to aid us. She proved to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. Our only concern was that the description of a feature of the vehicle did not match the actual vehicle. Ron's professionalism came through as he offered to remedy the situation at his personal expense. Although we didn't take the offer, we appreciated the gesture. Also, our experience with John Zuris in the finance department, went very smoothly. He was courteous, helpful, and put us at ease in our decision. More
