The only thing negative I have to say is that any time I asked about wiggle room with the list price of the vehicle I purchased, the question was blown off or the conversation was directed to something else. Which, is understandable from the dealership's standpoint, however it would have been nice to have been able to negotiate, even just a little bit. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience there and am very excited about my new-to-me F-150. More

My wife and I came in looking for a van for our family. We had been looking at a couple of other dealerships in town and nobody could answer our questions, or even had a good and friendly personality to wo We had been looking at a couple of other dealerships in town and nobody could answer our questions, or even had a good and friendly personality to work with. We looked online at Taylor's at saw that you had a van that would fit just what we needed. We came in and worked with Matt Brinson. Matt treated us very well, was nice and honest, and didn't try to push us to a more expensive vehicle, or try and change our minds. We really appreciated that. We have two small children and don't have a lot of time to waste looking around, we knew what we wanted and in a very short amount of time we were able to test drive the vehicle, take care of all the financing and drive our new van home. The financing side went very smooth and we didn't feel pressured to purchase the warranty, but the gentleman let the warranty sell itself (which we purchased). We will definitely continue to do business with Taylor's, and specifically, with Matt Brinson. Thank you. More
