He was never pushy and patiently helpful as I test drove a couple vehicles since I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. I felt I could've test drove all of them and he would've happily obliged. The purchasing process is never fun but the whole team was very friendly and I could tell they cared about their customers. As a first time buyer I was frightened by the horror stories of "vulcher car salesman" but Jay at Taylors auto max was THE farthest from what I have always thought of a car salesman being!! I was at Taylor's getting the oil changed in one of my cars. While waiting I visited with Mr. Taylor and when he found out that I had a 1997 pickup with very low mileage, he asked me if I would bring i my cars. While waiting I visited with Mr. Taylor and when he found out that I had a 1997 pickup with very low mileage, he asked me if I would bring it in so that he could see it. I had been considering selling it as I no longer had any use for it. Due to sentimental reasons I was still hesitant to let it go. In the meantime I decided to take part in their Fall selling campaign and test drive a car for a chance to win some money. Matt Brinson volunteered to accompany me. While testing the car I told him that I also would want to trade an Oldsmobile that I had as well as the pickup. He indicated that he thought that it might be possible. He immediately started to make arrangements to have me bring in the pickup to have it appraised and after having that done. I discussed the possible value with Mr. Taylor and found that we were close on the pickup. Matt then helped me get the car there for appraisal and again we came close on our figures. I explained my financial position to them and they improved the deal to my satisfaction. During the arrangements Matt was there doing his job to make things go as smoothly as possible. I have purchased quite a few cars and trucks from dealers and have never had as non-confrontational dealings as with Taylor's. It was a real pleasure to do business with these folks. More

My experience with Taylor's Auto Max was the best I have ever had with a dealership. They have great prices on everything that was on their lot. I have already told my friends and family they should go to this place to get a new vehicle.
