Its been one week since I bought my Kia Soul. I'm still smiling ear to ear. Dave was AWESOME and really worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. I give the dealership a 5 on pricing because the vehicle I purchased was properly priced according to the accepted value of the vehicle; they also gave me an amazing trade-in value on my car. Tom was extremely helpful and friendly, and the staff made the purchase nearly seamless. I have purchased autos at many dealers in the past, but this was by far the easiest car purchase I have made yet. made the purchase nearly seamless. As with any dealer, the price could have been better (but quite good for this area, and I AM a cheapskate)... This could have gone sour if Tom hadn't immediately taken the initiative on several issues that seemed to come up during the sale, and he went the extra mile in tracking down the exact car I was looking for. No hassles with any of the paperwork, and I just loaded everything from my trade-in into my new-to-me car and drove away happy about my purchase. At this point I'm about 95% sure my next car will be purchased here, too. More
