I was in town on the 10th and drove thru the lot looking for a pickup. Dave showed me around and showed me vehicles with year, mileage and price that I was looking for. I took one for a test drive and told him I would have to bring my husband in on the weekend. When we got to Great Falls on Saturday, Dave was not available so he asked Tom to take care of us. While my husband looked at the pickup I had tested, I walked around looking at others. I found the Chevy pickup and asked Tom about it. Right in our price range, year and mileage that we wanted. Tom was very informative and down to earth. There wasn't any pressure but that wasn't surprising as we have bought several vehicles from Taylors in the past. We live in Helena now and chose to go back ot Taylors where we know the reputation of the dealer. We had a great experience with Tom and will recommend him and Taylors to anyone. Well, I had mister Ron Cooper who was a very funny and down to earth guy. Someone who took the experience from just trying to get me into a more safe vehicle but to making me feel comfortable and trustwor down to earth guy. Not only that he didn't act like the "typical sales man" who annoyed you about every little detail within a car. I knew which car I had wanted, and he helped me in fulfilling my purchase. When buying a used car, I also look for the intangibles. I want to feel like I am buying a “relationship” with the dealership as well as a relationship with the salesman. So in the future when I return, I want to make sure he knows my name and my families’ names. That shows me that he is genuinely interested in us. Jay Schabarker does just that! When inquiring about the vehicle itself, Jay had complete knowledge about every aspect of the truck we were looking at. We had no intention of “buying” that day, but we felt so at home and had NO pressure talking to Jay, that it was an easy decision to make. During the purchase of my vehicle, I requested a few blemishes to be fixed. I wasn’t afraid to tell him what I wanted and the only words I ever heard from him were “no problem”. We waited to write this review until we received everything we were promised just in case we ran into some trouble, but never did. We have never been happier with a salesman from a large dealership in past purchases! Jay and Taylors Auto Max delivered on everything they said they would. The service staff was amazing as well! We spoke many times with Connie in the service department and she was always very polite while making us feel comfortable dropping our vehicle off.
