My search started because I knew I wanted something different than what I was driving but I didn’t really know what I wanted. We found one that I really liked, Jay was able to point out the things that I would not like just from listening to me and he was right but he was also able to come up with the solutions too. It was not just about selling a vehicle it was truly about being happy with the end product. I ended up buying a vehicle from Jay and have been very pleased with the end price, service, advice, and even the help after the sale….he has even offered to help me learn all the buttons….which is a big deal for me!!
