My husband has been shopping around for several months for his perfect truck! I didn't think he would find it because he was so particular in what he wanted. Jay was very friendly and knowledgeable. I usually dislike dealing with car dealerships as I usually get high pressured. Jay put myself and my husband at ease right away and answered all questions abo dislike dealing with car dealerships as I usually get high pressured. In the past with other dealers I felt as they would sell us a vehicle whether it was reliable or not and say whatever it took just to get a sale, Jay definately did not make us feel that way. The staff were also all friendly, this made for a positive experience. The atmosphere was "homey" and we immediately felt comfortable. Me and my wife made the trip to Taylor's to get an idea of what we could get with better gas milage. We ended up getting a 2010 equinox and traded in our 2007 explorer. Excellent experience. Tom worked for me for almost two years to make my purchase at Taylor's a perfect fit.
