Looking for a pre-owned pickup truck. I've been looking for a used truck in my price range for a while. Late Friday night I found one that seemed to fit the bill on the Team Chevrolet web I've been looking for a used truck in my price range for a while. Late Friday night I found one that seemed to fit the bill on the Team Chevrolet website. There was only one photo of the truck so I sent an Email, asking if they had other photos. I realized that it was late and that I probably wouldn't get a response for a day or two. The next morning I checked my Email and there were 20+ photos of the truck waiting for me. I went to the dealership to look at the truck and was greeted by Raymond Smith. Raymond was very polite and professional, and was even honest about the items I inquired about that he didn't know and was quick to find me an answer. I ended up writing a check for the truck and drove home a "Happy Camper". This is the kind of experience that every dealership should provide there customers with. Sadly, many don't.
