I found the vehicle I was looking for on-line and sent an inquiry about the vehicle. Francine Elmore immediately responded with the specs and answered questions that I had. Through the buying process Cindy Landry and Francine Elmore took care of gathering information and getting things in line for when I arrived to test drive/purchase the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, it was a very calm inviting environment. As soon as I walked in the door, Jai Withers met me and took me to the vehicle and let me test drive it as well as being very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon return to from the test drive Jai, got paper work together for me to read over and sign. While waiting for everything to process he asked me if I needed anything (drink, restroom, had questions) and checked in several times. After the paperwork had gone through, Keith Stiller took care of the financing and told me about different options and ended up arranging exceptional financing. When the final paperwork was done, the staff gathered outside and Jai presented me with the keys and everyone said congratulations and good luck. Overall, the sales experience from day one finding the vehicle to going to the dealership and picking it up was extremely pleasant and I would recommend Team Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Jai Withers Lied to me and my mother... He sold me a car with a bad transmission and fuel pump when they stated that they were new. I asked specific questions about the car because I have had those problems with a bad transmission and fuel pump when they stated that they were new. I asked specific questions about the car because I have had those problems with previous cars... Jai Withers stated that those specific parts were all new the only problems with the car was the few dings in the car on the outside body work. He made us trust his word because he said that they had worked on the car for years. So We bought the car not even 2 miles down the road I was already having problems with gas reader and fuel pump. I got it checked out at Auto Zone and then called Jai Withers. He lied by telling me it was the gas cap when I had the code and definition right in front of me. He told me he was going to contact a manager then call me back then he hung up on me. Never called me back. I sent several emails and calls got nothing but hung up on. Then A month later on my way back from the beach my transmission went out. I called them again and they were very rude to me saying that their mechanics don't deal with honda's because their a chevy dealership. Then just hung up on me. This has to be the worst experience I have ever gone through when buying anything. More
This place cheated me... I bought a car they said was in great condition with a new transmission and had everything in working condition, not even a mile down the road I had to go get it checked at auto zon great condition with a new transmission and had everything in working condition, not even a mile down the road I had to go get it checked at auto zone they said it had a faulty gas pump on it and I payed almost 4k for the car and now the transmission just went out its only been a month and when I called to tell them I got really bad service each time ive called they pretty much say their not going to do anything about it. the first time I called about the Fuel Pump they hung up on when I was perfectly polite. they dont answer emails or phone calls and when they do "talk" their excuse was well our mechanics are used to working on only chevy's or the other cars they offer... my recommendation DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEIR CROOKS AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! More
Dealing with the folks at Team Chevrolet has got to be one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a long, long time. We were purchasing a used vehicle....not a $50,000 car....yet we were treated w one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a long, long time. We were purchasing a used vehicle....not a $50,000 car....yet we were treated with respect, the red carpet was "rolled out", and we became part of the "Team family". I have to admit, it is hard to see that kind of money come out of your monthly budget for transportation. Yet, Team and the sales staff made it less painful and almost fun. The 2008 Pontiac should last us for years to come. But, truth be known, I wouldn't mind buying another car from Team tomorrow. I would highly recommend them, their service, their attitude, and their product to anyone looking a new or used vehicle. More
I bought a 2010 Chevy Malibu last year which I enjoyed driving and had serviced at Team Auto Group. I had received two fliers from Team Auto Group one about a contest and the other a discount on a new c driving and had serviced at Team Auto Group. I Honestly do not know where to start. *** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP *** I can promise you in my 15 years of buying cars, I have never had an experience like this. My wife wanted to get ou PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP *** I can promise you in my 15 years of buying cars, I have never had an experience like this. My wife wanted to get out of her Sequoia due to the low MPG. We came in on two different occasions. Found the vehicle we wanted but was at another dealership. Did the credit application. Approved immediately and at the terms we wanted. We were asked for a deposit(credit card that was to not be charged) then supposedly ordered the car. That was on a Saturday. When there, I pressed them to let me see the numbers on the lease. They came back with several excuses and told us without a shadow of a doubt she was approved at the terms we desired. Even slipped me the paper with the deal and the Sales Manager signed it. Traverse was supposed to be there Thursday of the following week. Called on the way there - vehicle wasn't ready yet (they were having leather installed). Said was could go ahead and come pick it up and they would add leather later. I said that's fine- before we drive 40 mins from Charlotte- can you please PLEASE fax us the paperwork so I can review. Jennifer said it was faxed. Waited all afternoon- Finally called back, pressed them to let me speak to her manager- Found out all was approved but the money factor had changed and the payment would be a lot higher. This is almost a week later- AFTER the car was ordered. We were furious. The GM sent me an email which said, "Mr. Irwin, I agree with everything that you have told me. We have absolutely dropped the ball on your purchase and for that and all of your points I am truly sorry. At this juncture, I believe that it is best if you give your business to Ben Mynatt or City Chevrolet (who you have already shopped). They are both excellent dealerships with a wonderful staff. I appreciate your willingness to keep your business with us but I believe that because of all the issues and “distrust” surrounding your purchase, that we will not be able to recover. The approval that you have from us will be valid at any other GM store. ( I have attached the approval below for your reference). The money factor rate was approved at .00390 as discussed, we are working on an exception for a tier bump through GM Financial for .00240. Whichever dealer you choose should be willing to make a phone call on your behalf for that exception as well. The vehicle is located at Steve Moore and is still available at the last time we checked. Steve Moore is also a wonderful dealership to do business with as well. I know this is not what you want to hear but I believe we have failed you and again I am very sorry. " By reading this you will clearly see the car was NEVER ordered. We went today and purchased a Honda Pilot with Honda of Concord. See my other review. Kristin More
