Contacted by Tim in service , stated that a new transmission was needed to be installed . Was installed, unfortunately it didn’t correct shifting problem . Team’s sales manager , C. J. stated they would take back vehicle and replace it with new vehicle . Completely satisfied with the service at the Team dealership !!!! Everyone very knowledgeable and attentive to all my concerns. On 10/17/23 received new vehicle. Could not be more satisfied ! Highly recommend Team dealership in Myrtle Beach for purchase and service of your next vehicle …. Thank you Team staff !!!!
