Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 9am, appointment was for 930. The service department processed my truck in. Approx. 11am is when they called me up to the counter to tell me the truck is ready. The attendant at reception told me were the lounge was located to wait for my truck. The lounge area could use a remodel. TV station was not appeasing. No way to change the station. That early in the morning, nearly all the seats where filled. No safety inspection was done on the vehicle. For the price you would think it would have been done, check brake lights, and other fluids, blinkers, head lights. No report on this being done. Tire rotation, they did that but did not check the air pressure in the tires, same pressure as I arrived with them. They were low. May use them again, this was my first time there as I just moved to Conway. More

When I bought my used 2021 RAM, there was damage to the tailgate. I was promised that it would be repaired, The rough work was done but I was told the painter was out with COVID and as soon as he returned, tailgate. I feel I was cheated and would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
