[Update this dealer has already taken down my review more than 20 times] Took my truck in for headlight repairs payed $1200 and all they did was change 1 headlight. I now have mix matched headlights on my truck and when i called and asked they told me to screw off. So according to the service manager here the recommended Ford repair is to only do half the job and only change 1 headlight. Thank god for the "ford professionals" i only brought my truck to these overpriced people because i wanted the problem fixed the right way! If i would of known they were going to do a poor job i would of taken it to any backyard mechanic because thats all you get at this place but with an upcharge ofcoarse. Worst customer service i have ever dealt with! And thats after paying them $1200! More

**This dealership does not honor their advertised pricing.** On 9/26 my wife and I drove to this dealership to take a look at a 2020 Lincoln Navigator (5LMJJ3TT8LEL18361) they had advertised onlin pricing.** On 9/26 my wife and I drove to this dealership to take a look at a 2020 Lincoln Navigator (5LMJJ3TT8LEL18361) they had advertised online for $103k, which included a discount and a rebate totaling a final sales price of $95,766. We spoke with a rep by the name of Chad who introduced us to Bill Jenkins, the finance manager. They said they would locate the vehicle on the lot and show us some examples in the meantime, but needed us to show them the car online. We sent the link from the website to their phones which indicated the pricing and the VIN (as seen in attachments.) After showing us a few other models and color schemes, we were told that this particular SUV was on the way to the dealership and wouldn't arrive until the 5th of October. We put down a deposit on the vehicle and left the dealership to wait for it's arrival. The Navigator arrived on the 8th and we went down to pick it up. In closing out the paperwork, the pricing on the invoice now reflected a new total of $104k, not $95k. We pointed this out to the finance manager, Bill Jenkins, who then looked at the advertised pricing on their website (in two places) and let us know a mistake had probably been made by Chris Goeschel, the dealership's GM, and that specific pricing was not typically available until the car had been on the lot for 90 days. Not that it was grossly inaccurate, only that someone had goofed. We indicated after waiting for the vehicle, running our credit, getting a loan approval letter with this pricing, putting down a deposit, and paying an additional week on a rental, plus a second trip to their dealership that we needed them to honor their agreement with us. Then they shifted the blame from their GM to their web guys. Then they read me a nonexistent disclaimer. They finally printed out an invoice with the correct amount, and then moved again to retract it (also attached), finally refusing to honor their agreement with us. Finally, they stepped away to talk in the back and then seemingly made some phone calls to change the pricing on the website in order to reflect the sales price they were after. They then put another number in front of me, several thousand dollars more than our previously agreed upon price. We declined that offer. There were no apologies made, no attempts to provide an adequate resolution, only that we pay for their mistake or leave the lot without the car. We left feeling insulted they would ask us to pay for their mistake. I would have felt bad driving that vehicle every time I got in knowing that we were screwed on the sale if even $100 more, let alone several thousand. Definitely a deal breaker and a sour taste left over Ford and Lincoln as a whole. Honest? Nope. Fair? Not at all. Legal? Probably not. If you want to walk away feeling good about your purchase, shop elsewhere. More

So I called as my AC is blowing 100 degrees unless I get it on freeway at high speed same as last time. So I was told by the manager let me send you a chart of temps ford sent us. Then she's says after I said it got to 65 on freeway at high speed sometime we'll thats close to what ford says it should be. Did she not hear me I told her it stays around 100 to 80 degrees in car an I did get it to 65 when it was 90 out when I got it out onto the freeway. No she had to say well that’s close to what it should be. This place thinks they are the only ones that know about cars. I have monitored it daily seen it get worse and worse and worse I even told this manager this that I know there is an issue. But she just did not at all get it no no no. All she could say is it is close to what it should be. She took one thing out of all I said to try and till me there was no issues. You know this TEAM FORD will let’s not say team as this place found the ME in the word The first time I brought it in for the AC I was told the factory did not charge it all the way. How in the world would they even know this. So did they ask how it worked when I picked it up with 15 miles on it no AC blew cold, did they ask me how it’s been working no at 3,000 miles is when issues started so no they did not ask car AC worked great for the first couple thousand miles so how in this world could they even say it was under filled at factory. So they vacuumed system an recharged man it worked great did I say it was even 110 plus degrees out. So when the issues started again do they not think I would not notice this but no it’s been all about them. If I could do zero stars I would The same manager that told me to bring it in the second time that they would look at it and when I got there the AC Tec was not even there no no no she as a manager a trusted leader did not even know what could or could not be done that day no instead she wasted my valuable time and went down hill from there More
