I was on my way to Detroit just passing through WestBranch and saw a Chevy Tahoe. We were on limited time. I test drove the Tahoe, told the sales manager I wanted it but would have to come back the WestBranch and saw a Chevy Tahoe. We were on limited time. They had all the paperwork ready to sign. It was the easiest transaction I have ever done. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I’ve bought and leased numerous vehicles in my 30 years of driving and my experience with Hodges was by far the wor dealership like the corona virus. I’ve bought and leased numerous vehicles in my 30 years of driving and my experience with Hodges was by far the worst. Key points Bought a lemon from them Lost money on it trading it in. After asking them to fix a leaky tire on the vehicle I traded the lemon for I was stuck with a flat tire two days later. They then address the issue by putting one new tire on the front with the 3 old. Asked to speak to the owner and was ignored multiple times. I’m a disabled vet looking forward to speaking with Chevrolet about these guys. More

Bailed out of a crisis The service department helped my family and I out of a crisis situation returning home from our vacation in Traverse City. We were still a long way from home so I went to a nearby gas station to ask for any service stations or dealerships nearby that may be able to service my vehicle. The gas station attendant recommended Team Hodges, which was the right call!!! The service department was extremely kind and knowledgeable about my vehicle.
