Excellent Customer and Sales All Around Beautiful Vehicle. Bought 2026 Nissan Rogue. From the second we walked into the parking lot at Team Nissan, Christine was approaching us. She was super Vehicle. Bought 2026 Nissan Rogue. From the second we walked into the parking lot at Team Nissan, Christine was approaching us. She was super chill, friendly and NOT pushy! Never d experienced this- ever! I’ve been around a while and bought a few cars. She just wanted to please and make us feel comfortable. She helped us find a vehicle in our price range. Stepped us through everything; and she was very knowledgeable about the inventory. We took a few test drives and asked us to go test others on our list. If e we come back, we come back. Again, not hunting us down or harassing us at all. So we did that; less than a hour later, we went back to Nissan and bought it. David in Finance was equally friendly and professional. We wanted our monthly payment to be X and they worked with us. I cannot do the AutoFair thing anymore; it’s just too much. I HIGHLY recommend Christine and the Team @ Team Nissan Manchester. So refreshing for once in this crazy world!! More

I agree with someone else's statement- ask for Danielle. She was very helpful through the whole process, even with questions after buying the truck. Worst dealership experience I have ever had. I purchased a used vehicle from them and started having issues with it within 1000 miles. I was told they would take care of it. My vehicle spent alm I purchased a used vehicle from them and started having issues with it within 1000 miles. I was told they would take care of it. My vehicle spent almost two weeks in there service dept. Everyday their story would change as to when my vehicle would be fixed. I was given the run around and straight up lied to about what was happening with my vehicle or what was actually being repaired. After two weeks they said it was fixed. However, it was not repaired properly. I was just told no issues were found even though the problems were obvious if you bothered to look at it. They refused to make it right. Even the manager and salesperson refused to follow up with me to help resolve it. I finally had enough of the stories. I took my vehicle and will have to pay out of my own pocket to have the vehicle fixed correctly. Very disappointed in the customer service. If I knew this is how customers are treated. I never would have purchased the vehicle. More
