I was hesitant to write a review, but i have to do it , iam a loyal customer for teamnissan since I bought my car from them , my recent visit was about a week ago, for oil and filter change, and I asked th iam a loyal customer for teamnissan since I bought my car from them , my recent visit was about a week ago, for oil and filter change, and I asked the advisor for a noise from front tires , he said he will check that, he sent me a link with details about what's wrong with the car and was a control arm lower side , and they qout it for 592$ to do the control arm, the advisor talked me explaining what i need and he recommend alignment and tire rotation, and i asked if he can lower the price a little bit but he said he is going to apply a coupon , the whole amount was 1200$ with some extra for diag 220$ !! Which is not right, i agreed and i left the car in the shop and took a rental, next day the advisor text me the car is ready, but what was surprised is the whole amount 2200$ ! And I told him i did not agree for that and the receipt shows 1200$ he did not listen , but he applied some coupons reduced to 1810$ !! I took the car but I told him iam not going to this dealership any more ! More

This was my first experience with Team Nissan, Peter was very informative, knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with.
